Is my Yellow Tang sick?

On my yellow tangs mouth, the very tip, is red. Is this normall?

Oh, and no its not in a 29 Gal : )

Yellow Tangs usually do not have red on thier mouths. If you can get a picture, someone may be able to identify if it is an injury or parasite.
