Question Aquascape

My tank sprung a leak so we are resealing it. When putting the rock back in would I be screwing up putting it right at the back glass? I would like to do this as it would give me more room at the front, but I am afraid there wouldn't be any way to get good water movement back there. I could put a PH in the back but will have to be able to get to it to clean.
Thanks for any ideas.

just make sure that you have a good cleanup crew and it shouldnt be problem. the way I look at it, no matter how you setup your rocks there will be places that you cannot clean.

Yea flow behind the rocks is the biggest problem with stacking on the back glass. A closed loop may be a way to get around this. The pump is external for maintance and you have have an outlet behind the rocks. Otherwise your options are limited. I have had this setup before, I placed a powerhead more upward, and i only had to remove like 3 choice rocks to get to it. It was a pain but I did not clean the powerhead offten (probbly not offten enough). Sorry, hope that helps
