Metal Halide Experience
I was wondering if anyone has some pictures of their tanks with either 14 or 15k metal halides over them...
I just purchased a aqua medic fixture with 2x250watt 10k and 1x150 20k...I am thinking of switching the 10k's over to 14K or 15K to shy away from any possible yellow hue |

I use 10k in my MH set up. It balances out nicely with the actinics that I run with it.

go to www.coralreefecosystems.com, look at their bulb color comparison page under lighting. Hope this helps. Also, if you are looking to buy bulbs, Steve has GREAT proces! and is easy to work with.
