Vitamins and Supplements

I have a fish only tank with a few pounds of live rock.

Would any of you recommend the use of vitamins and/or supplements on a regular (preventative) basis?

If so, which one(s)?

Thanks!

maybe buy some garlic gaurd and some selcon and soak your fish food in it before you feed them. but most supplements are for tanks with corals.
