I think that you have to take the top off and just rip out the beeper thing. I don't have one, so I might be thinking of the wrong thing. There is deffineteley someone here who knows.

Mine had a switch inside (just flip) even though instructions on the JBJ web site faq say you need to unplug the buzzer to disable.
