Fiji Gold vs. Kent Marine Biosediment

What is the difference between Fiji Gold Coral & Live Rock Food and Kent Marine Biosediment? What do you guys recommend for a refugium? Thanks

I used Fiji Coral and Live Rock Food. It clouds your water really bad for 2-3 hours. It doesn't seem to increase calcium at all.

IMO, all you need in a fuge is sand and chaetomorpha (or a similar macroalgae). I also have live rock rubble for attacking frags to in my fuge until I need to use them. Pods will live on those pieces of rock.
