Kent Marine RODI owners I need your help!!!

I recently purchased this RODI unit from Dr.s Foster and Smith:

My third canister, which is the CFI or silicamax cartridge recently changed color already and needs to be changed already. I had the unit only running for about 6 days now.

Also I took the membrane out and reinserted it, becuase that is what I was told from Kent Marine. Now I am producing too much product water.

Also on the prefilter where the membrane is located, on the left end of the prefilter where the two fittings are where the hoses connect, the ornage and the yellow, which one is connected to the back and which one is loacted to the front?
