is a scrawled file fish reef safe? (pic)

well that my question but to be more specific are they any better with sps lps or soft corals?

ya i was snorkeling down in the keys last summer and they are supposed to be superrare to see down there and i work at an lfs and we just got a 4inch one in and im wanting to take it
