coralife super skimmer

is the installation of this easy? for in sump of course? and is the pump good enough flow for a 55g? and can you adjust the flow? i'm debating on which protein skimmer to get and i have a mag pump in there now will i still need that pump if this one already comes with a pump?

They install very easy. I always go to the next size up when it comes to skimmers. You would be better off by getting the 125ss. The pump will only run the skimmer. It just sits in the bottum of the sump. The flow does adjust, but only to change the skimmers bubbke hight for propper skimming. I have two Coralife SS and I like them very much and are the best skimmers in their price range.
