Just installed Iwasaki's new 150w DE 20k Aqua2 bulb.
Just installed Iwasaki's new 150w DE 20k Aqua2 bulb. Exchanged out a Coralife 10k. WOW, what a difference. Bright with a hint of blue. Not nearly as blue as other brand 20k. Not so sure it's even as blue as Phoenix 14k's. Supposedly this bulb has more par than other 150w DE? Anyone else using them? If so how's your growth?

www.coralreefecosystems.com has them they have a pic of the 50k, but not the 20K, i'd really appreciate it if you can post a pic comparing the coralife to the iwasaki..
I'm leaning towards replacing my 14k that came in the current usa sunpod with this bulb. Oh, about the par, i've never seen anything giving that.. only thing i've seen relating to par of the iwasaki aqua2 was the 175 SE . NOw the 150w de 50k aqua doesn't show to have great par, at least not on sanjays website. |

I'll see what I can do about some pics for you guys. It may not be until the weekend though due to time factors. Also I'm not the greatest at taking pics but I'll do my best. What I can say is this bulb is pleasingly less yellow.
