Gluing rocks?

Can we glue rocks together or some how keep them together so I know they wont fall? If so what kind of glue is safe for the tank?

I use two little fishes grey epoxy. It works pretty well especially if you put a little bit of superglue between it and the rocks.

I used Aquamend epoxy and loctite super glue gel.Both available at Home Depot.

The superglue wont harm the tank by secreting any unwanted chemicals? Is there a certain type of superglue i should use?

Super glue gel works, any brand, doesn't need to be superglue.
