Snail ID Help Please

Ok I got some snails awhile back from a friend and they have since been breeding like mad and I would like to know what kind of snail they are. I have added a few to my tank and hav had no adverse reaction and they seem to out live any other snails I have tried. The closest I have come to identifying them would be a margarita snail but they seem much bigger. I have posted some pics here, hopefully it will help. Also, what is the best thing to feed the snails? They look similar to a turbo snail except that the snail itself is black with many more anteni or "feelers" the underside is the same as pretty much every other snail.

They appear to be margarita snails.

If you have a LFS near you that accepts livestock from customers for credit, you could rack up a coupla bucks I imagine.

they vary in sizes anywhere from a pencil lead point to the size of a quarter and a few that are a bit bigger. As far as making money I would like to know what exactly I should be feeding them etc to make sure they will keep breeding and then it's off to ebay lol.

Are the pictures from a tank of yours, if so could describe the setup in detail?

I can't really think of anything they eat other than algae. I don't know how to foment the growth of it other than excess light.

Margaritas---glass-cleaning is their speciality. They're really good for any cleaning crew.

You can find info regarding margarite snails in this article. Why yours are proliferating is beyond me as they generally dont last very long as individuals in reef tanks. When I was going through articles last night I found one which described the pearly part of the shell becoming exposed as I can see has happened with some of yours, this was typical of margarite snails, sadly I cant seem to locate that quote this morning.
