Question Volitan Lionfish

I was thinking of moving my 2 damsels to my 10 gal and puting a volitan in my 35 hex. Would it be too small for a juvenile lion? He would be in there by himself with maybe a large hermit for cleanup until i could get a bigger tank to accomodate his size. Also, would i need a protein skimmer and if so what kind?

Without a doubt, it would be too small.

Wait until you get the bigger tank.

Look into a dwarf lion instead.

Trust me my friend, the names are not important at all. I've own hundreds of different zoas and palys and don't know the name of a single one. In my opinion, they are a waste of valuable time.
