Another thumbs up for ASM G3 or G4. If you want a really awesome skimmer, you might want to go Deltec. However, that's big bucks there. I'm not sure if the Deltec is that much better for the price. I know that they are very well engineered. I'm just not sure if dollar vs performance ratio.

I can say that, from personal experience, the deltec's are worth the money if you can afford it. I've had many skimmers from the red sea berlin to the Euroreefs and hands down the Deltec's the best I've ever used. But if you are strapped for cash I would also recommend the ASM G3 or G4. I believe all the reviews are that they are comparable to the Euroreef at a fraction of the price due to the different type of acrylic (ozone friendly) used. Unless you are looking at using an ozoner, the ASMs are the way to go (most bang for buck). You can even mod them yourself (or have factory mod it) to make it even more efficient by turning it into a recirculating skimmer (possibly comparable to higher end skimmers?).

HTHs,

Minh

I've got a 120 and a AquaMedic Turboflotor. I don't have that much experience, but it's worked great for me -
