Lighting advice please

I currently run 3 250 PFO mag ballast with XM 250W 10K bulbs. I would like to upgrade to 250W HQI ballasts and stick with the mogul sockets and same bulbs. What I cannot decide is whick ballast: PFO mag HQI, PFO electronic HQI, or Icecap electronic HQI. I saw the data on Sanjay's lighting pages about the mag HQI ballast, but was wondering if anyone had any input on the other 2. The electronic supposedly run cooler and use less electricity, but do you still get the same PAR from the bulbs? Any input is appreciated.

Try Sanjay's web site and play with all the aternatives in order to determine PAR of the different ballast you are thinking of.

As I stated in my original post, I have reviewed Sanjay's Lighting pages and these are not available there.
