LR Progress

My LR made it through the cycle and the white is slowly turning green with hints of purple here and there. Been a couple months now. Will upgrading my original lighting help progress? What about supplements?

It will turn to purple soon.

Corraline doesnt like high lighting situations, it will do best in lower light areas. Im not saying not to upgrade as you may have to with certain corals.

As far as supplements go, the salt mix you use will be enough to keep things elevated where they should be. This is until you have higher demanding corals or clams that will need the extra boost to stay happy.
Im my tank I have a heavily populated coral arrangment and dont have to add supplements, water changes do it for me.
It isnt always a good thing to add supplements when you dont have to. Your test kit will let you know when you have to start to dose for other things.

I plan on upgrading the lights and going to a reef one day, but for now I will just keep blasting the LR and waiting.
