How to keep sps frags from falling over

What is the best way to keep them on the rocks w/out them falling over. I tried epoxy and that doesnt seem to work. What do you guys do to keep them stay still?

Have you tried this. You can get it almost at Marine Depot or the LFS.

BTW it also works great for glueing rocks.

Superglue Gel works, too. But epoxy like mentioned above gives it a strong and stable base.

You can work Superglue gel underwater, but you have to be fast. Even with epoxy you should be fast. You might also be able to find AquaMend at a Home Depot near you.

For SPS you should use superglue gel. The gel will hold long enough for the SPS to attack itself to the rock (encrust). Epoxy actually burns the coral and you will notice that it takes a lot longer for the coral to thrive. I like to use epoxy on LPS or rocks.

The cyanoacrylate glue will also burn the coral. It's a lose/lose situation really. Regardless of the method of attachement, the coral itself has to grow a base. And the more steady the frag, the better. Personally, if it's a colony, I like epoxy. If it's a frag, I like gel. I prefer side mounting mine.

I'm not familiar with Ft. Worth fish stores. There's Aquatic Design and Exotic Aquatics in Plano, but that's a little bit of a drive from where you are. Much cheaper at www.marinedepot.com though. It seems that most LFS have double the price as online vendors.
