Auto-Topoff and MRC Nilsen Kalkreactor... help please...
I have a AquaHub Auto-topoff deluxe kit and then I have a MRC standard Nilsen Kalk Reactor, I was wondering if I can run my autotopoff directly to my MRC Nilsen reactor and then into my sump for top-off, would this eventually spike my tank or just overdose my tank or will it be sufficient? I have a 125g tank with a 60gallon sump/refugium, MRC CR-2 dual stage calcium reactor, MRC-1 skimmer. Let me know what you peeps think, all comments, suggestions and any other form of help is greatly appreciated. Oh, and btw, I will be using a Aqualifter to get the water from my top-off container to my MRC nilsen reactor, then to my sump.
Thanks in advance, -Mike C. aka ZURCSREEF |

That is exactly how most people who use a kalk reactor would set it up. This way you only dose a bit of kalk here and there, as you evaporate your water.
