Kenya tree propagation?

Has anyone propagated a kenya tree (Nepthia) before, if so is it similar to propagating a leather.

It's very easy - just take a razor blade and cut off a branch. I recently cut 4 branches off at one time - it took about 2 days for the main colony to look normal again, but now it is doing great and all the frags were fine.

once you cut a branch off.. what do you use to make them stay in place??
