Quarantine corals?
This may seem like a dumb question but do you ever need to quarantine corals? Can they ever carry any ich or bacteria similar to ich that will spread to the whole tank?

I don't think they can catch Ich but the may have bugs and stuff that you don't want to have on your display tank. Depending on the corals there's several ways to quarantine them or maybe not quarantine but YES clean them and treatment. I would say research on the coral and find the ways to clean them and the procedure before going to the display tank.

QT, you never know what can be hiding you can't see. Some QT, some dip, and some do both. They can have other infections that can wipe out all of your corals.
