Newbie Lighting Question

I have a 29G FOWLR setup with the standard hood w/ Normal Output light. I also have 2 Gold striped maroon clowns, a peppermint shrimp and skunk shrimp. I would like to get an anenome for my clowns and my wife really likes pulsing xenia soft corals. My question is what would be the minimal light requirements for this. I have about $200 to spend on this upgrade. If you could give me links to specific items that would be great.

Thanks in advance!

Xenia shouldn't be a problem. Anemones, in general, need lots of light. Four bulbs of 65w PC (or better still T5HO) would be about the minimum that I'd consider. You might also consider some mushrooms. (I have a pair of {stupid?} clowns who ignore a half dozen large anemones to made their home in a large garden of green hairy mushrooms.)

You can probably find some used PC lights from somebody upgrading to T5HO or MH.

Current Tank Info: 140g RR Oceanic "Ultimate" mixed reef, 37g softies, 40g RBTA tank, 65g FOWLR, 40g breeder frag, and (of course) a 29g QT! ...next up is a 240g! (Gotta go to K-Mart and buy a life...)
