Is my Tank Stand Safe???

I asked a question on another thread and it resulted in some concern about my All Glass "Modern Series" Stand. There are no center supports on it. I am not going to modify this stand so i need to know if it needs returned or not. Another thing that cannot be seen in the pictures is the front and back of the tank does not sit on anything. the support braces are below the tank framework. is this ok, do only the sides need suport on a 90G tank??

It this going to be safe for my future reef?

Here are some pictures of it

Can you take some detail shots of the joints?

I'd be a little hesitant using that for a 90. I would want support all around the tank perimeter, and probably some center braces. I just wouldn't trust several hundred dollars (conservatively) and 1500 lbs of weight to that.

My Oceanic 58 does not have any center braces. Totally open in the middle.

But my All Glass 72bowfront has a center brace on the stand.

I hate to rely on "well they wouldn't sell it if is didn't work" I would on this since it's a big company and they sell so many of those. If it was a DIY stand I might be concerned.

I just got off the phone with All-Glass, They said it was tested and this stand is fully capable of housing a 90G Full Reef tank (They said as long as it a Tempered bottom AGA Brand aquarium. Anyone have any other thoughts, i just cant belive that only the small sides need to be supported. That being said, that means this tank could be held up with concrete blocks on each side with no supports in the middle. hmmmmm.. My wife would love that. But it would be $300 cheaper

All the weight lies on the four corners of the tank in contact with the stand.

My 150 stand has perimeter support only - no center bracing. The load is carried on the four-corners -Up and running for 12 = years now
