150W DE bulbs par

For a 150W DE bulb which has more par, a phoenix 14K or an XM 20K? I would think that it would be the phoenix but I'm not sure now that I found out that the XM 20Ks have more par than the XM 15Ks.

The lower the kelvin the higher the par if Im not wrong

XM 15 suck in par from what i hear.... the P14 blows both those two away from what i've read.
