Pajama Cardinal and my fish plan
Does anyone have Pajama Cardinal Fish? Would you recommend them?
I have a 46 gallon bow front AGA with 25 # Live Rock and 20 # of Dry Rock. Here's my plan... 2 clownfish (just put in tank on Sunday 6/18) 1 pajama cardinal fish (want to add 6/25) 1 Sea Star (sifting sand)(want to add 7/1) 1 Redlip Blenny (want to add 7/1) 1 Flame Hawkfish (want to add 7/7) 1 Royal Gramma (want to add 7/14) 2 cleaner shrimp (want to add 7/14) Future-- Blue Hippo Tang Coral Beauty Angel What are your thoughts? Thanks! Mike |

I would chop a fish or two off the starting list, given that the tank size is only 46g. The hawkfish might eat the shrimp, as one issue.
That tank is far too small for a tang, IMO. I don't see any problems with the pajama cardinal.

might want to spread the additions of new fish out a little also, and go out and spend 40 or so dollars to setup a 10 gallon quarantine tank, you should quarantine all new additions, usually for at least 4 weeks to make sure you do not introduce any diseases/parasites into your main tank
