recommended turnover for a mixed reef. 20x,30x,40x? help

some people say 50x for sps but is that to much for softies. i want a mixed reef so want every coral to be happy. would 30x be about right?

"turnover" in what regard? Through sump or the entire tank? If you are using a well dispersed flow, then more flow would hardly be a problem. I have a near 70x hour total flow in my mixed 75.
