cyano bacteria which is common in new setups that are still cycling.

(I just robbed this from myself from another thread) Cyano bacteria or possibly Diatom algea but seemingly that its a new tank my bet in the cyano, which btw can come in reds, browns, and greens. It's caused by low flow, phos, nutrients, nitrates, excessive light. Any combo of those usuall result in it.

To Reef Central

I would just ignore it. Often, these bloom die off on their own or some snails eat them in a big hurry. You might want to shut the lights off to reduce the amount of pest algae that grows in the tank.
