bad coral banded shrimp story
ok i had a really pretty, good sized coral banded shrimp for my 46G bowfront. He was a bad a$$ walking around intimidating the fish and such. Well i heard you could get a mate and they were like the clownfish and would sex themselves to a male and female. So i bought a smaller coral banded shrimp and when i got home it had a lump on the side of it's body. don't know what that is either. Well i heard they would fight and claws would be pulled off and that would decide who was male and female (don't know if i believe that but that's what LFS guy said) well my big bad a$$ followed the smaller one all around and the smaller one would run away. it was quite amusing since no one was getting hurt. Well one day i awoke and saw molting from the bigger one (thought it was molting) and only saw the smaller one. Now it's been 5 days and only the smaller one is left. I dont think the big one could hide that well. Looks like the small deformed one messed up my bad a$$
