Help tuning CO2 regulator
Not much help in the general section so i'll try here.
I setup my DIY CA reactor this week. Started the CO2 on wednesday. But in the morning the bubble count is less than i had it set the previous day. Is there something i'm doing wrong? I need to get it constant as i leave for vacation next tuesday for a week! Shows tank pressure at about 40psi and working pressure at 2-3psi. Using JBJ regulator.

40 psi?? I would say that you need to get the bottle filled first. 800-1200 psi is usually the range of a new bottle. Once you get the bottle filled, set the working pressure to about 8 psi or so. The JBJ regulator may not be able to work correctly with such low bottle pressure.

found the problem to be a leak. Got home to an empty canister. Had to travel an hour south to get a new one. I think i've fixed the leak as well. Thanks for the help.
