Revive by FishVet (black ich)
In a prior post i determined my yellow tang has black ich, and also learned how to treat it with fresh water dips and Formalin Baths. Reading more about this particular ich, I've learned that after a couple days the parasites lay their eggs in the sand and it's close to impossible to completely eliminate them.
then I found the product Revive by FishVet, I guess my question is if anybody has used this product, and if they had any success... here is the link http://saltaquarium.about.com/gi/dyn...t.com%2F7.html |

It might work, as it contains formalin. But, it appears to be very similar to Rally (same three active ingredients) and that was not very safe for Xenia in my experiment.

Never used the stuff but like I said before it sucks but the best thing to do is set up a QT and put all your fish in there. If there are no fish in the tank for the ich to host on then it will die off, you just have to be patient. Even if your other fish aren't showing signs the ich it is still in your system and when you put your YT back in there it stands a good chance of getting it again, esp. with the stress from the freswater dips.
