Octopus 3000 reef controller - Any Good?

I have an opportunity to get a good deal on an Aquadyne Octopus 3000 Reef Controller, including what's at the end of this post. I am curious what everyone thinks about this controller and if it is any good. It's used supposedly in excellent condition. Thank you!

the controller includes:
1 Laboratory Grade Temperature Probe
- 1 Laboratory Grade pH Probe ( Need Calibration)
- 1 X-10 Pro Power Line Interface (to control your lights)
- 6 X-10 Pro Control Module (Somes are brand new never use)
- Instruction Menu.

Some people seem to like them. From what I can tell, they're fine as basic controllers. The equipment forum might have some more reviews and comments on that product.
