Shipping supplies?

Where can you get good quality small plastic bags for frag shipments, as well as those small styrofoam boxes that most sellers use? Also, what is the best way to close one of these bags? I have seen rubberbands, zipties, metal bands, etc. The metal bands seem to have held the water in best, but, I don't even know what they are called and where to get them...they were simply round metal strips that were clamped around the bag openings, VERY TIGHTLY, and were made of very hard metal.

Any help is appreciated.

Thanks...
