Earth worm like worms

OK, i just saw an earth worm like worm come in and out of a hole in my live rock.
is it harmful?
do you guys know what it is?
it's pretty thick and long.

I'm very concerned...

if there is any way for you to surprise it with a snapshot, then it would make an ID more likely.

Peanut worms are good to have, and they won't hurt your corals.

they are some of the best detrivores i know of. they really get into those small spots in the rock to keep them clean. .
