Cool frogspawn - feeding?

This may sound retarded but can you target feed frogspawn something like silversides - is there a mouth in there somewhere?

Lots of people don't feed them as well.
They get a lot of their nutrients from the light. Assuming of course that you have enough of the right type of light.

I never feed mine and they are thriving.

Regards,

Pat

Be gentle when feeding them though, they will tighten up and not allow feeding if you bump them or move to fast.

I feed all of my LPS 3x a week. Alternating between all kinds of once fresh (now chopped and frozen) seafood. Currently in my freezer are shrimp, scallops, lobster, squid (craziness happens when I feed this! ) silversides, clams and I also combine mysis, brine and cyclop-eeze as a treat from time to time as it's not very nutritional.

Yes, half of the reefers out there don't feed their LPS, but IME, they grow better, are better colored, less finicky, and MUCH more plump. All of this is of course coupled with proper lighting and water parameters.

Good Luck and Happy Reefing!
Brianna
