RO waste line vibrating?

I recently noticed that after I flush the membrane and adjust the ratio to 4:1, the waste line would begin vibrating. Any idea why?

mine does that when there's air in the line, or when the
ASOV switch is just at the turn off point

back pressure....install a one-way check valve to solve issue

mm949 - Do you mean on the waste line before the flow regulator?
