When and what variety

My cycle appears to be over. My parameters are doing well. I have zip for visible microalgae. One rock that was covered with macro that had died off is seeing some resurgence. When do I add a clean up crew and what should I add to my 90 gallon that is doing well currently.

add a fish or two and a clean up crew...im sure your tied of looking at nothing...
