What is the scoop on Cool Touch or Aqua Cool MH SE bulbs?

They work. The 14k SE bulbs produce light that looks like a Hamilton, but I don't think anyone has done any research on thier output yet.

I got one free last year with my pendant and used it for a bit.

I believe they also shift in color much faster than an equivalent Hamilton. There was a thread on these chinese bulbs earlier, the cheap bulb one had gone very green in 5 months.
