Is this amount of lighting enough?

I will be getting a glass 22.5 in x 24 in x 18 in (height x length x depth) and I was wondering if the following light is good enough for a reef tank.

I am planning the have mushrooms, polyps, pumping xenia, star polyps, frogspawn, hammer heads in this reef tank.

Should be good enough to grow softies. 40watt is enough for softies.

Its a good idea to have a refrence sample for alk test kits. 1.1350 grams of baking soda in 1gallon of distilled water=10dkh. Check your alkalinity test kit!
Algae is Mother Natures phosphate remover

That should be plenty for softies. Same fixture, but less expensive. Here

Dawn, I could have saved $20. If only I knew about that site. Thanks anyway...and I know where to buy lights next time.
