Broken Center Brace

A while back I managed to melt the center brace completely in half on my 55 gal tank. I have since moved up to a 120, but I'm wondering if there is anything I can do to fix the brace and how I would attach something.

ideas? THANKS!

another reefer bought the enter trim from aga for like 17 bucks, he has another threat about a low budget reef tank

I replaced min with glass and silicone.

The glass is 1/4 thick and I also put 2 glass braces under it for support.
