what return pump 37 gallon cube?

I have a 37 gallon cube tank... well not perfect cube but close. anyway im setting up my sump/fuge and am trying to figure out what pump I should use. I have to use a in sump pump. I was thinking about a mag 5 but not sure. any opinions would be greatly apreciated.

mag 5 should be fine(500gph?)

Depends on the setup too. Like a bb tanks want outrageous flow to get dirt down the overflow. They usually have somwhere around 1500gph in your size tank.

sand bed is different, but some advocate high flow to get the dirt off the sand too.

Its a good idea to have a refrence sample for alk test kits. 1.1350 grams of baking soda in 1gallon of distilled water=10dkh. Check your alkalinity test kit!
Algae is Mother Natures phosphate remover

Hob overflow 2 Utube's I had a mag 7 running through it on my 75 and it handled it fine.

well its a smaller tank. I was thinking about having 2 exits into the tank which would disperse the flow some.
