Newbie has Question about power heads

I have a return pump for my sump that is a Rio 12HF. I have a 55-Gallon tank. I was wondering if I am going to add soft coral to my tank do I need to have more circulation and if so what power head should I get that is reliable and very quiet?

softies don't generally need as much water movement as do the LPS and SPS and so on. Good quality, extremely quiet powerheads....you definitely should check out the maxijets....I have two of the 900 models in my 55 gal tank
