whats better? kent or two little fishes reactor?

Im thinking about adding a phosphate reactor to my tank. I was wondering what everyone uses and why they like it. How much flow needs to run through these? I was also wondering if i could hook up 2 of them inline off the same pump to run carbon in one and phosban in the other. that way i only need one pump.

I'm not sure which is better.

I just bought 2 TLF reactors. One for Carbon, One for Phosban.
For the Phosban you want about 80gph. Any more flow than that would grind the Phosban into dust.

Running them both with a Mini-jet 606. Very easy to hook up.
So far so good.

I had the Phosreactor and from what I understand, they are about the same. I thought it was too much maintenance for what it was worth, and it wasnt the model with the screws (some used to complain about these being hard to service). I did one with RowaPhos and another with Phosphate Sponge. Now I just use PO4 Minus and Phos Sponge in a media bag - way easier and better results.

I had to take them all apart every 3 weeks and thoroughly clean the sponges and the inside of the unit. The media stuck to the sponges, some always would escape... If you like the dirty cleaning part of the hobby, they are just for you...just not worth it IMO.
