New setup
Okay I just made up some water in my new 14gal. cube, Rinsed and added sand and the water is clearing up well! Now tomarrow I was thinking of doing a water 5gal. water change on my 29gal. and adding that water to the new 14gal. and then placing some of the live rock and sand to seed that I have in my existing in to the new one! Will this be okay or will it kill the live rock and polyps attached?

If you put good live rock and live sand in there, it should be fine. You will most likely barely even have a cycle.
