Preferred Pump Setup

What is the preferred method of setting up the return for a 120 rr tank with 2 overflows?

2 in sump pumps like Eheim 1260's or 1 external pump like a Quiet One 5000.

This is for a reef tank 48" x 24" x 24"

Thank you,

Any opinions either way?

Will I need additional power heads?

External pumps cost more, introduce less heat into the system, require more plumbing. Powerheads??? What livestock will you be housing???

I will have a few tangs, goby's, clowns, etc. Only a medium amount reef safe fish..I want my bioload to be fairly low

As far as corals go - bubble, green torch, frog spawn, hammer, etc. I'll also have assorted mushrooms like leather coral, ricordea yuma, ricordea florida, etc.

I will probably do something creative with green star polyp and daisy polyp.

I will probably have a couple SPS corals, but not a lot of it.

At this point, I don't believe I will need a high flow rate.
