Has anyone PAR tested the Lumenmax yet?

Basically I was wondering if anyone PAR tested the Lumenmax reflectors yet. They look like straight knock offs of Lumenarchs but I was wondering if they were as good.

I was thinking of upgrading but I wanted to ditch the canopy and run pendants. The Lumenarches are a unfinished raw reflector and the Maxes have more of a finished look I was just wondering if there as good.

Having seen the luminarchs in real life, I know they are about 24" square, making them much bigger than those lumenmax reflectors. As for performance, I can't comment.

I have the Lumenmax3 pendants. The are the DE verdion of the one you posted the link for. So far Sanjay has not tested the reflectors but based on my experience the light spread is much better than the ReefOptix3 with more even coverage without the hotspot normally associated with DE pendants. Sanjay has tested the full sized lumenmax and it performed as well as the Lumenarc reflector.

Here is the like to the original Lumenmax review. As stated, Sanjay has not tested the new Lumenmax yet. This is part 5 in a series of reviews on reflectors by Sanjay. I suggest reading them all especially the first one as it explains how to interpret the data.

Lumenmax Review

There is also this one on RC which is really a quick PAR test of the 175W Iwasaki 15K but a Lumenmax 2 was used, I believe, even though the first post states otherwise.

Iwasaki Post

Also, take a look at the sticky at the top of this board. It will provide you a link to Sanjay's site with all the data he has collected during his testing. If that doesn't help you out, well, then you're just not trying. Enjoy and good luck!
