feeding saltwater fish freshwater fry

I have several freshwater tanks with many happy fishies in them that hump regularly and make lots and lots of babies for me.

Now, my 6 inch FW angels are more than happy to eat the babies on a regular basis, as well as my black ghost knifefish, and large pearl gouramis. But I am wondering if my salties might enjoy a freshwater feast as well. Primarily I have guppy and molly fry, with occasional corydoras catfish fry, german blue ram fry and angelfish fry as well. My rainbows are ready to breed as well as my tiger barbs and I also let my fish dine on the reject betta fry I occasionally get.

Is it safe to feed these to my salties? Is there any special preperation I can do to make them more nutritious for them? I feed the fry egg yolk, fry flakes, infusoria and baby brine shrimp currently

I'm in the process of breeding a pair of Bangaii Cardinals, I found one site that uses specifically feeder guppy fry to feed the baby cardinals. I plan on doing the same. Mollies and Guppy's both can survice in saltwater if acclimated slowly and carefully. I had a Molley living in my sw reef for about 6 months. Thing got freakin huge livin' in there too! But no, shouldn't be a problem. You just have to take into consideration the nutritional value of the fry you are feeding to the fish. If it's just an occasional snack, no worries, but if you're trying to incorporate the "live foods" into the sw fishies diet, than you may want to consider gut loading the guppy and molley fry with something more fullfilling.

what would be considered adequate gut loader? I have only ever gut loaded crickets, lol for frogs and toads. never for fish.
