what do you guys think of these brands

im buying all my stuff off ebay and before buying anythingi want to know what you think of the brands TOTA, This
Otto and Jebao.

also if i am getting a 130 - 200L tank how many L/Hour should the filter output?

I think if you get some live rock (1-2 lb/gallon), couple powerheads for flow, and a good efficient skimmer you would do a lot better.

Depending on if your keeping a FOWLR or a coral system. FOWLR you should have your tank turning over around 10 times a hour, and depending on the corals your keeping, anywhere from 15 to 30 times per hour.
