Return Pump

I have read many threads about return pump suggestions, and keep confusing myself on the best return option With my new tank setup, the sump will be about 15-20 ft away from the display tank, with about 4 1/2 ft of head height. The display tank is 75 gal with a single 1" overflow (Oceanic). Would a Mag 9.5 be adequate, or should I get a Mag 12 and throttle it back? I am not stuck on the Mags, so any other internal pump suggestions are welcomed.

A Mag 9.5 should be plenty.

Which would be the better submersible return pump? Mag 9.5 or Quiet One 4000? Or other?

Eheim 1262 would be a great option as well. But a Mag should be just fine.

I'd go with a mag or an eheim.JMO

The Mag 9.5 will use less power for the same flow rate than a compariable Quiet One (4000 standard head). I would go with the Mag.
