ASM skimmer for 46g tank

I've recently added a sump to my system, and I want to get an in-sump skimmer. I've heard really good things about the ASM G-series skimmers, but I'm not sure whether to get the G1 or G2. The G2 was suggested to me, but would this be overkill for a 46g with a 15g sump? I have a fairly light bioload, which probably won't get significantly bigger: 1 maroon clownfish, 1 sixline wrasse, and a Smith's fang blenny. Would a G1 be fine? It's advertised as good for a 100g setup, but I want some pretty clean water now that I'm getting into acros and other SPS. I'm also open to suggestions for other skimmers in this price range.

A G1 would get the job done. Also take a look at the reef octopus line A RO NW 150 would skim the crap out of that tank and only cost you around 125 bucks.

Cool, thanks for the tips, and keep 'em coming. I have a HOB skimmer that's doing the job for now, so I have all the time in the world to make a good decision here.
