MJ Mod has slowed way down
I have a MJ mod for a 1200 built from the kit. It ran full out for about 3 weeks but now has slowed way down. It's not pushing much water at all. I took it apart and cleaned it but no change. It is running quite and the pump was brand new.
Any ideas? I posted this on the sponsers forum but thought they may not see it for a while. Thanks for any help.

The way I see it, there are two possible reasons..
1) Increased friction 2) Less power When you take it apart, did you spin it with your hands (if possible) to see if there is a particular sticking point? If there isn't, I'd say it has to be something with the motor. Unless your water got thicker.

Problem solved. I feel like an idiot. The hose that couples the hard tube with the prop to the magnet was slipping. I replaced it with the stiffer black hose that came with the MJ and now all is well.
