Coralife Aqualight Pro 250W Ballast: Electronic or Magnetic
I am considering the Coralife Aqualight Pro 48" 250W x 2 MH light for my 90 gallon tank.
I have been reading alot about avoiding Magentics Ballasts and using Electonic Ballasts. From what I understand, Eletronics are quieter (no hum), smaller, reduced flicker, etc. I am looking into getting this light fixture, but I cannot find any information mentioning if the ballast are magnetic or electronic. Does anyone know?? Thanks Steve

I have the Coralife 48 Inch Aqualight Pro Retrofit Kit, 2x150W HQI Lamp + 2x96W CF Lamps Sq. Pin + 4x1W LED
I have had it for a few weeks now and it works great, its quiet for me, ballests give off heat though, i havent seen any flicker as far as i could see. Mine is ran over a 90gal. http://www.marinedepot.com/md_viewIt...roduct=ES53516
